Step 1: Decide what flavor of smoothie to make
You can make smoothies out of many different fruits and vegetables. Strawberry smoothies are a tasty choice, and there are many variations of strawberry smoothie as well. Strawberry-banana smoothies, strawberry-mango smoothies, and strawberry-peach are some popular choices.
Step 2: Find a recipe
If you're making a strawberry smoothie (or a variation), you can use our strawberry smoothie recipe as a starting point and add bananas or peaches, etc, to customize it to exactly what you want. Step 3: Collect your ingredients
Frozen fruit helps make the smoothest smoothies. You'll also need milk (some recipes use soy milk for health vegitarian smoothies), flavorings, and sugar. If your fruit is really ripe, you may want to reduce the sugar in the recipe (or add some if it's not).
Step 4: Blend
Just about any blender should do, unless your recipe says differently. The smoothie should circulate through the blender, well...smoothly...by the time you're done.
Step 5: Enjoy
Don't just gulp your smoothie down--enjoy it. Smoothies are great for hot summer days as well as year round.
